I like the location.
The bathroom was a little old looking.
The Redondo Beach Crown has a great location across from the marina and beach. There are restaurants in walking distance. Also, you can rent bikes or go whale watching.

Parking was an extra $20 per day.
Hotel was clean and pleasant. I was very upset that I had to pay an additional $20 per day for parking.

Bathroom tub was not properly cleaned.
Staff was notified of dirty bathtub upon checkout and the manager apologized for the unpleasant experience. The staff promptly comped the car parking in lieu of the incident. This was more than adequate to compensate for the unpleasant experience. ...read more

I liked the Best Western next door better than the Crown Plaza. The hotel room was okay, but not really nice for a 3+ star hotel that we were "upgraded" to. No free WiFi, no free Continental breakfast, no free parking. Parking was $20 a day! Had to park on the street. ...read more
